Yikes! Spring wildflowers can be confusing!

Yes they look alike! Both will catch your eye with groupings of white flowers on the forest floor in early Spring in Southeastern Pa. The main difference is the leaves. Look at the leaf and you will know which one you are looking at …Rue Anemone or Bloodroot. Both flowers will disappear when the trees get their leaves and form an overhead canopy.
